What platform are virtual and hybrid events on?
Bright Network events run on Zoom events. You will be required to set up a Zoom account when you join the experience, please ensure that the email address linked to the Zoom is the same as your Bright Network account email address.
How do I join the event on the start date?
If you are accepted on to the event, you will receive all the details you need to access the event closer to the event date via email (the same email you used to apply for the event). A step-by-step guide and video will also be provided.
